This listing is for a CUSTOM kantha ruffle sleeve tee made with YOUR t-shirt that you send in to us!
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- 3 weeks turn around time from the time we RECEIVE your tee (should not take that long but -better safe than sorry)
- this listing will only allow 10 custom orders at a time-if it shows out of stock/wait a couple days and check back.
- we will use our best judgement to color match your tee with the kantha ruffles-you can add some specifics to the order like "no pinks please"

- We have two sizes for the ruffles. Make sure you specify the ruffle size you would like! 3-5" or 6+" (3-5 is like the first pic on this listing 6+" is like the second pic on this listing)
- If you have a t-shirt that you'd like upcycled that is too small/tight-order the custom PONCHO-this style turns your tee to "free size" This listing is for the ruffle sleeve and will not change sizing.
Shipping & returns
Shipping Policy:
- Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders $100 and over! All standard shipping orders under $100 are shipped with USPS beginning at $5.00 shipping.
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 Business Days due to high order volume.
- FREE local pickup is available in Van Buren, AR.
Returns/Exchanges:
- Main Street Threads does not currently offer refunds. We do accept returns for store credit or we can offer size exchanges.
- You have 21 days from purchase date to return for store credit.
- Store credit expires 1 year after issuing and may be used towards purchase of in-stock items only.
- All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.
Instructions for Returns/Exchanges:
- You can start the return process by emailing Main Street Threads at help@mainstreetthreadsvb.com
- Please include your order number and what the problem is exactly with the item. If sizing is the issue we will check current inventory to see if we have the desired size.
- If we do have the needed size, you may send the item back at your expense.
- Once it is received and meets the criteria for exchanges we will then mail the exchanged size back to you at our expense.
- If we do not have the desired size in stock; you may still send the product back to us at your expense jfor store credit.
- If the product meets the criteria for exchange we will issue a merchandise credit via email within 3-5 days.
- Please note Main Street Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will do our best to help you locate your package but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.

How will I receive my Store Credit?
Expect an emailed Store Credit within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your return at our fulfillment center. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed. Store credit can be used on-line or in person at our brick and mortar location in Van Buren, AR.
